The typical investigation involves gathering of material evidence from the project, manufacture and/or client. Examination of these materials can provide scientific evidence to support your case. We also provide services as an impartial expert witness in court proceedings.
NationalWoodFloorConsultantsinspection services include a investagation and research of all available data and client involvement. The inspection report will contain; statement of problem(s), product description, chronological order of the events, claim history, field test results, industry and manufacturer standard(s) and a detailed description outlining the problem(s) based upon investigation.
During our investigation we ask the following questions:
Were proper installation, sanding or finishing procedures implemented?
Did the site condition become a factor?
Is this a manufacturer or flooring contractor related deficiency?
Are the observed (current) conditions caused by a manufacturing or enviormental related deficiency?
Procedure
A comprehensive pre-inspection collection of all available data and project involvement will be constructed.
Jobsite inspection, research, observation and detailed testing will be administered and documented.
Detailed digital photography will be generated.
All-inclusive inspection report will contain the following; Statement of Problem(s), Product Description, Claim History, Field Test Results, Industry and/or Manufacturer Standards and Conclusion and Identifcation of the problem(s).
Conclusion:
NationalWoodFloorConsultantswill provideunbiased conclusion and will be based upon collection data and field test results.
The responsible party will be identified.
